Exhibit Space Includes:

  • Standard booth identification sign showing exhibitor name and booth number
  • Draped 8-foot high back wall and 36-inch high side rails
  • Daily cleaning of aisles in exhibit area
  • Company listing in the Conference Guide
  • Complimentary exhibit badges (quantity based on the size of the booth space)
  • Carpeted aisles
  • Exhibitors can attend regular sessions with their Exhibitor Badges. You will NOT be able to receive credits for these sessions and will NOT be able to attend the pre- or post-conference sessions with your badges. You also cannot attend any industry-supported symposia sessions

Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations

Please be aware that SAWC Spring does not sell or distribute SAWC Spring attendee lists to any third party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third party vendor to purchase a SAWC Spring conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a SAWC Spring attendee list please report them to Tara Fields at tfields@hmpglobal.com. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders.  We send them cease and desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on proper handling of these requests.
